  • Who We Are

Formed in February 2002 with the help of members from the original Biddulph History Society (closed in 1974). Our Society has grown and developed and we now have around 60 members.

Our key aims are to promote both local and family history, particularly for Biddulph and the surrounding areas.

We hope to achieve this by :

  • Undertaking research & publishing
  • Purchasing resources that may become available or are required by the Society
  • Having a regular programme of speakers

We meet every third Monday in the month apart from July & August

Meetings are held at the Victoria Centre, Station Road, Biddulph, ST8 6BJ and start at 7.00 p.m.

Refreshments are available afterwards

Car parking is available opposite on the Sainsbury's car park (free for 3 hours)

Visitors and new members are most welcome
